Nora Sharp’s work incorporates dance, sound, cultural analysis, and comedy, among other tools, and reflects lived experience as a queer white midwestern millennial. Nora has been an Artist in Residence at Links Hall and High Concept Labs (Chicago) and a participant in LANDING 2.0 with Miguel Gutierrez (NYC). Nora’s work in artist services includes offering 1-1 and group workshop creative process support, as well as facilitating Research Project, a bimonthly works-in-progress performance series (please get in touch if you're interested in having a space to show new work in Chicago!). Small Boobs has toured to On the Boards in Seattle and the Shawl-Anderson Dance Center in Berkeley; Nora is thrilled to now be presenting it at RAD Fest. Coming up next are an ensemble piece for Synapse Arts' New Works Festival (Chicago) in April and an in-progress showing at Movement Research at the Judson Church (NYC) in May. Nora is a member of the Equity Action Group at Chicago Artists Coalition, has written for Full Stop and Performance Response Journal, and holds a BA from Oberlin College.
